Individual, One to one Therapy 

This is an opportunity for you, whether you are struggling with concerns that seem big or small. Therapy is always for your best interests. So maybe you are finding factors like mental illness, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, physical illness, stress, trauma, PTSD, or relationship difficulties are leading you to seek support. Or perhaps you feel stuck in your life, career, education, relationships, life goals and seek space to look at your choices see what might be standing in your way, then proceed to make the best decisions for you, to meet your needs, at this point in your life.
